In July we will continue to focus on our ongoing projects in our Fabulous 5 components. It is truly a joy to see the exploration of the different projects in Arts & Expression, Functional Education, Life Skills, Vocational and Fitness.

The progress of our Theater Project can be seen daily by the continuous hard work on our “Wizard of Oz” scenes, paintings, crafts, costumes creations and the dedication to act out characters and learn the script. One of the outings in July will be to the Crocker Art Museum to get inspired to create more paintings in acrylic and water color.

Please join us also for our audiobook production, biographical storytelling, making fitness videos, harvesting our vegetable garden and cookbook creation.

We’re very excited that we’ve been able score free admission tickets to the State Fair on July 23rd! Families are invited to be part of a day of enjoyment with plenty of entertainment, fascinating exhibits, popular livestock venues and mouthwatering food. Companionship tickets are also free and we have plenty! We will bring CBI money for rides and food. We’re planning on carpooling and leaving AIM HIGHER at 10:30am and be back at the program at 4pm. You have to be able to pick up your loved ones at 4pm from the program, for them to be able to attend the outing. . If interested, please return attached permission slip by July 11th to be able to attend this outing.

Join us on one of the Fridays in July for a trip to the Roseville Aquatic Complex.
