You are the glue that keeps the network of services and supports for our community’s adults with developmental disabilities together. For that, all of us at AIM HIGHER want to thank you! We know just how intense your job can be. We also know how day after day you are committed to providing the best advice and direction to the clients, families, care providers and educators that rely upon your expertise and experience to help them find the supports and services that will have the most positive impact on their lives.
Helping those you serve find an appropriate Day Program is only one of many responsibilities on your plate. Our goal is to ensure you fully understand exactly what we are doing at AIM HIGHER so that when you refer a client to us you know that they will be treated on a level that meets or exceeds your highest expectations.
Our management team has over 25 years of combined experience in the field in and around the greater Sacramento area. Our understanding and respect for your role in the process allows us to meet you on a level that is most convenient for you. As with all “groups” Service Coordinators are all unique and your expectations vary.
If you haven’t made it to one of our facilities yet, please don’t wait another day. You can come by anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM during the week and we’d be glad to show you around, explain our calendar system, go over our philosophy and how it impacts the diverse client population we serve, and take some time to review our Individual Service Plan system as well as our documentation systems. Our direct programming hours are from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. So if you’d like to see the program “in action” please come during this window of time. We are an open book and we want to make sure you are 100% comfortable with how we operate the program. Your trust in us and the program is critical. We won’t let you down!
