Northern CA is a gorgeous place to be almost year round… This year has been no exception. But, it’s not just great weather that makes this area so wonderful to live in. It’s also great to live here and run an AIM HIGHER program here because of the unlimited places we can go to explore our culture, see amazing things and meet remarkable people.

AIM HIGHER Roseville has been known for its emphasis on art for years and years. When our now Program Coordinator – Arnetta – took over the Art Program in 2008 the ball towards excellence began to roll. Through her tenure as the Arts Instructor she helped clients create and showcase unique and oftentimes very compelling works of art – from oil paintings to jewelry to recycled art. Arnetta oversaw multiple art show exhibits (all clients work) at AIM HIGHER Roseville and even at some locations in Downtown Sacramento during Second Saturday events.
Today we have a new Captain steering the ship for the AIM HIGHER Roseville Art program and his name is Sam. Sam brings a ton of art experience and has proven that he understands how to bring out the talents, ideas and creativity in the clients we serve. Sam enjoys every aspect of art and working with the clients to help them explore all there is in the world of art.

When Sam secured tours of the High Land Art Gallery in Loomis, CA no one could have known just how much the clients would get out of it. The folks at High Lands embraced all of our clients and helped fuel their passion for creating art. Sam – also an amazing photographer – was able to capture one of a kind High Lands and the impact it had on the clients through pictures.
