Here is proof! 120+ team members participated in “The AIM HIGHER Way Midterm Challenge” through the month of July 2014. They have been studying and working together on mastering the answers to 33 questions (with a total of 125 answers) that were first presented to them in January 2014. Instead of doing “a typical training” we spiced it up and added some challenges that would create an even better understanding how some of those we serve deal with certain disabilities as well as giving ourselves a chance to feel what it’s like to “let go” and allow others to 100% guide us. And to top it off the entire challenge was done without using any verbal communication. Yep – everything you see in the video below was done through purely silent teamwork = AMAZING, AWESOME, AIMING HIGHER!!!
