Whether you've been in the field for years, are looking to try something new, or you just know that you want to do something where you get to help people every day - working at AIM HIGHER will provide you an opportunity to let all of your talents shine. The people we serve need our help to develop the skills that many of us take for granted. Some just want to know they are in a safe place and that they'll be given the same respect and care as any other person. Others are looking to excel beyond their current ability level so that they can live and be as independent as possible. Our job is to work with them on their level and to never lose sight of the ultimate objective - to provide the highest quality environment possible through dedication and commitment to excellence.
AIM HIGHER offers three levels of hands-on employment - with unlimited opportunities for enjoyment.
Program Aide
Program Aide is the perfect job for those new to the teaching and care-giving field, or anyone who prefers being hands-on with consumers.
Program Assistant
Assistants maintain close relationships with consumers while developing their case management and leadership skills.
Instructor
Instructors have full responsibility for their program's curriculum, along with case management and program team coordination.
If you want to make teaching, motivating and care-giving your career, or take your skills to a higher level, mail, fax or email your resume to us at:

This is how we do it at AIM HIGHER: Weekly Staff Training
In a busy program like AIM HIGHER, it's important that nothing slips through the cracks. Weekly training meetings recap what's happened during that week and reinforce our safety and other procedures.
